David Eberly

David, co-founder of Beringea, an investment firm located in Farmington Hills, MI which provides owners and entrepreneurs capital, consultation, and business support in a range of sectors including media, healthcare, clean technology and IT.  David's responsibilities include deal origination, client management and transaction oversight.  He also provides Board of Directors-level consulting and advice to clients with regard to overall corporate finance and strategy.
Rick Funston
Rick retired from Deloitte & Touche LLP in May 2010. He remains a senior advisor to the firm and is now the CEO of Funston Advisory Services LLC. Prior to his retirement, Rick was the National Practice leader for Deloitte’s Governance and Risk Oversight Services.

Rick has over thirty-five years experience in working with directors and officers in small, mid and large cap companies across a broad range of industry sectors including aerospace and defense, automotive, financial services, energy and utilities, consumer business, telecommunications, technology and the public sector.  He works with boards of directors and senior executives on means to improve decision-making for competitive advantage through better risk intelligence.
Brian O’Keefe
Brian, a founding member of Hyman Lippitt, P.C.,  is currently the supervising attorney of the firms Transactional, Real Estate, Business and Personal Planning Law Departments.  Brian represents local, regional and national entities in general business and corporate matters, including formations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions and dissolutions.  His professional memberships include the State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Dan Dennis
Dan Dennis spent 25 years at MCI Telecommunications. He was one of the first 100 employees and started his career as a Technical Service Representative and worked his way up through Operations and Sales.  Dan left MCI as President of the Global Sales Division with a revenue responsibility of over $5b.  Since leaving MCI, Dan has been an independent consultant working with clients to develop sales and distribution strategies. Dan has served on two public and two private boards.
