James Blain- President
  1. PEP Stations were conceptualized and designed by architect James Blain.  James Blain & Associates, located in Livonia, Michigan, has over 30 years of award winning commercial development and design experience. 
  2. James Blain, President of PEP Stations, LLC, was educated at the University of Michigan, completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and a Master’s Degree in Architecture, with distinction.  He has been a registered architect since 1977. 
  3. James' projects and accomplishments include:

 -AmeriCenters, Inc. - a nine-location office business center network located across the Midwest
 -Cambridge Buildings - AIA honor award for design for two Class A office buildings in Livonia, Michigan. 
 -Atwater Associates - partnership that led to the development and ownership of Motor City Casino in Detroit, Michigan.
Brady Blain- Vice President
Brady Blain is Vice President of The Blain Group, a holding company for the Blain family's commercial real estate projects and PEP Stations, LLC.  Brady oversees the day to day activities of The Blain Group's fifteen partnerships.  He has a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Illinois where he attended on athletic scholarship.
Mike DiSalvo- Chief Operating Officer
Michael DiSalvo, Chief Operating Officer of PEP Stations, LLC, is an experienced senior operations executive with a solid background in both the automotive OEM and component supplier industries through a variety of positions at Ford Motor Company, Visteon and the Automotive Component Holdings, LLC (ACH-LLC). Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Youngstown State University, Youngstown, Ohio, and an MBA from the University of Michigan.  He has completed executive development programs at Ford Motor Company, University of Michigan, The Wharton School, M.I.T., and Duke University.
Larry Granger- Chief Information Officer
Larry Granger, Chief Information Officer of PEP Stations, LLC , is a former Ford Motor Company executive holding the following positions: Director of Enterprise Metrics Visteon Automotive Systems, Director of Reengineering, Chief Information Officer of three major business units – Steel Division, Electronics Division and Visteon Automotive Systems. From 2002 to 2008, Larry was employed by TechTeam Global (NASDAQ: TEAM), a provider of Information Technology Management Services, where he held the following positions over his tenure: VP Professional Services, Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO).  Larry holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Drexel University.
Ryan McCaffrey- Director of Operations
Ryan McCaffrey, Director of Operations for PEP Stations, LLC, is an Associate Architect for James Blain & Associates.  In addition to his involvement with PEP Stations, Ryan has worked for The Blain Group on a multitude of design projects.  Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree with honors from Lawrence Technological University where he attended on academic scholarships.
Steve Gerhardt- Director of Engineering
Stephen Gerhardt, Director of Engineering, is an experienced automotive and component engineer, with expertise in manufacturing, productivity, process improvement, change management and quality.  After  over 30 years as an engineering professional at Ford Motor Company, he is an accomplished leader, manager, instructor, writer, lecturer, and engineer.  Mr. Gerhardt holds degrees from Alma College and the University of Michigan.
Charles Davis- Software Development Manager
Chuck Davis, Software Development Manager, has extensive experience in the steel, electronics, and automotive industries.  His background includes design and development of process control and on-line systems, and more than ten years experience in data modeling and database design.  While at Ford Motor Company, Chuck supervised numerous software design and development teams, and was responsible for technical support of the Automotive Assembly Division.  Prior to joining PEP Stations in 2010, he owned and operated his own business, designing and implementing custom electrical control systems.  Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University.
