Each PEP Station is a dual Level 2(208-240V/30A) commercial charging station that charges two plug-in electric cars simultaneously.

PS2000s have a touch screen user-interface which guides the electric car driver through a few simple steps to initiate charging. A built-in card reader allows each unit to be configured for either access cards or credit cards; the hourly rate being determined by the station’s owner. Each PS2000 is networked through a cellular or Ethernet connection to be centrally monitored and has communication capabilities to allow for system management functions for station owners, diagnostic reporting and software upgrades.

The PS1500 is a non-networked charging station. Charging is automatically initiated once a vehicle is connected. LED status indicator lights show the charging status and signal once the vehicle's battery is fully charged.

Internet connectivity for PS2000s must be established before the unit can be registered and activated for vehicle charging.
