Services
Each PEP Station is required to be connected to the Internet via an Ethernet cable through a customer provided network or an Internet Service Provider. Connectivity allows PEP Stations, through its service partner Diebold, 7x24x365 remote monitoring for usage and faults.  Internet connectivity enables PEP Stations to also receive automatic software updates.  If on-site service is necessary, the remote monitoring service will notify PEP Stations and service will be dispatched accordingly.  Additionally, PEP Station owners will have access to help and support services by calling (888) 760-0140.

For continuing protection on the investment in your new PEP Station(s), a three year extended service plan (ESP) is available. The PEP ESP provides continuing protection from unexpected repair costs due to defects in materials and workmanship from normal use and picks up when the Manufacturer’s Warranty expires. All parts and labor are included and there are no deductibles for the repair or replacement of your PEP station.
