PEP Stations’ service agreement offers an affordable low-maintenance solution for property owners and managers. If service is required, a PEP certified technician will respond promptly. All parts and labor are warranted for the first year of purchase and installation.
Each service agreement includes central monitoring services to assure functionality and maximum operating time. If repair is required on the PEP Station, the remote monitoring service will notify a PEP technician immediately. In addition, both building owner and users will have access to help and support services.
The agreement allows station owners to receive automatic software upgrades. Each agreement gives owners and managers access to the web portal which provides the following functions:
· Monitor Station Usage
· Rate Management
· Access Management
· Advertisement Management
